Sadness Jane

Sadness JANE
just a lonely heart
who couldn't play the GAME
Whispering I don't CARE
To no one particularly ANYWHERE

She is a pretty Sheep
always prays to her God who KEEPS
Her light shining on while she softly WEEPS
Nobody can remember her FACE
Gone from school, vanished without so much a TRACE

I hear somebody gently FALLING
is it Jane, how sad..who justs keeps CALLING
to some person per chance to here her MOAN
He might be saying "Please my Sweet just turn around
and keep running HOME

MY MY my little Jane who looks to the SKY
Play with me before I lay my body down to DIE
Comforting angel choir sings the BLUES
Trying to tell her that there is always good NEWS
An apple pie is baked in her NAME
Just come back to us while we remain just the SAME

I am so tired, low and WEARY
Nobody can make this Daughter once again CHEERY
Balmy girl is closing those EYES
Putting something near her Head
BANG!BANG!
and now she LIES and silently DIES

Teen and young adult suicide is really bad...There is medical reasons for the depression and it can be treated...Great write reminding us to be on the lookout for youth who might be at risk..Sara
