Running Rampant
emotions are protruding
thoughts hunting a bounty
dreams are intruding
this situation's gravity
much too substantial
to adequately express
more than the circumstantial
without willingness to confess
a lack of tangible evidence
only leads to disbelief
for me there's no defense
for you there's no relief
an abnormal mentality
forged by emotional chaos
has altered the core of reality
resulting in madness and loss
my rationality took a detour
into impulsive action
denied needs ultimately devour
reasoning's strongest faction
