Runaway
Silence in the mist of the night
Was there ever anything wrong with them?
Thinking every night while lying in bed with him
He seemed to ignore her lately
Did she ever do anything to hurt him?
He never spoke to her about their issues
She thought that they were just fine
One thought came to mind…
Runaway
And never look back
Would he run after her?
Probably not…who would?
Being scared of losing him made her leave
She wanted to stay, but something said run..
As far as she could
Away from the likings of him
She loved him
More than she could ever love herself
He took her fulfillment of life away
Just runaway
Runaway from pain and sorrow
There is something much better waiting for you elsewhere
Look at yourself
She’s not the same woman that she used to be two years ago
Why let him do this to her?
She can’t even give a decent explanation
Runaway….never look back lost girl
Find yourself and don’t let anyone take that from you
