Run
I continue to think about it day after day
Wondering when something good will come my way
People all around me hurt others in their way
Selfish to a fault nothing less to say
They never care for others they just take and take
Their friendship is again only for their sake
A key to my happiness is now dead and gone
I sit here wishing that I had been able to move on
I'm stuck within a prison and longing to be free
I am all alone now with no one loving me
I wait and hope for happy and yet it does not come
I am on my own looking for the sun
Through tear filled eyes I see that his love is gone
So now I write goodbye and turn around and run
