Rum and Coconuts

By sun-kissed sands on moonlit seas,
The ships are sailing in the breeze,
Around me rum and coconuts,
Calypso music, wooden huts,
My hammock tied between two trees.

hey this wasn't written on Bikini Beach Island? WoW! I hope for your sake it wasn't! They really wined and dined them boys out there before they did those ''experiments'' ....yeh, and right after kicking the natives off their island. ---ANyway that is another story. Funny how beautiful poetry can conjure up nightmares! Or maybe that's just a funky chemical reaction with me! Ha! I do enjoy yir' stuff Jack!~

Awesome, Jack. Makes me think of the Bahamas and Key West. They serve coconut rum there and when added to Coca Cola, it's quite a treat. Lovely description of the islands. Winning wishes headed your way! Love, Carolyn
