Rules for Angels

Are there rules directing angels,
its possible that's true
they go about their business,
unseen by me and you.

Perhaps one is your guardian,
protecting you from harm
a special kind of power,
just like a lucky charm.

For those who've been appointed,
in heaven you reside,
someplace way far above us,
from there they do preside.

We're not allowed to see you
a rule, that seems to be,
just know that I'd be thankful,
if there's one protecting me!
