Routine

It always starts like this
With some warmth and mist
Longing stares and cute smiles
Phone calls and new files

Sparks really flew
Who would’ve knew
Except for me and you
Exactly what we do

I feel sorry for how I feel
Because I always knew the deal
I thought it would’ve been different
Even though I noticed the descent
