Rose
ROSE
Red red rose
a blossom of life
made the sky rain tears
in awe of its beauty
bright bright sun
hid behind clouds
in fear of harming
that innocent life
strong strong wind
blew softly across
that gem's pathway
making it bow in shame
rose, red red rose
quintessence of beauty
yet ever so lonely
began to whither
Red tears now
fall to the ground...........
