Root

Root

money hungry jackals
the root of all evil
contrary to fact
setting us aside
and living what is best
plunging
strangers collaborate
state of union
reigns the powers
scourers to attention
raise the fight
the right to write and be free
mps and change
climb the adder
spike with eyes
ties from tales
of sloths moving slowly to the hills
clawing parasites of nature
teachers and preachers
falling over
misting shifting
the rift of crypts waiting to be filled
milled with children
forcing the years
shorten
