Romeo and Juliet
He drove her to the mountain top
Cause they wanted to be alone
They agreed before they left
That neither, would bring a phone
They were Romeo and Juliet
That's how they saw their love
For her parents had forbidden it
And it was never to be spoken of
She's sixteen, he's twenty-four
They said he was just too old
She blames herself for telling his age
For she knew she shouldn't have told
"What will we do?", she asked him
He told her it would be alright
She said, "We'll just have to make them listen"
As she stared, into the night
"We have to have a plan" she said
"We'll just runaway from home"
He said, "They'll just only look for us,
And they'll never leave us alone"
He leans across to kiss her
As he puts the car in gear
She screams No, as he presses the gas
Over the mountain, they disappear
They found them, three days later
Their bodies, still in the car
They said it was an accident
That he'd probably just driven too far
No marks were found on their bodies
But no one will ever forget
The bizarre accident, that took the lives
Of Romeo and Juliet
