Wendy Watson Poet Rhyme

Roll On Rubik

If the Rubik's Cube were round
    I would roll it on the ground
         and would surely have more fun
               as the colours wildly spun
                   than if I had spent all day
                          twisting each and every way
                               whilst attempting to align
                                    coloured squares in record time
                                          as frustration gatherered pace
                                                   and I finally lost face.
                                                       Guess I'm saying, all in all
                                                             I'd prefer to have a ball!
