Rodin's Kiss
it begins when i move into your eyes
my hand gently pushes aside hair
quietly moves down and along
resting in anticipation beneath the chin
softly raise those delicate lips
never leaving the gaze in your eyes
a soft cry escapes
as doves dance upon delicate velvet
my arms pull you closer
feeling your body moving into mine
life has never held
any more of a treasure than this
the ecstasy in Rodin's Kiss
