Robin

I am blessed to still see and hear this adorable cutie pie every day. (The one in my garden who inspired this poem.)

Robin

There's a robin in my garden,
He comes to visit every day;
It's good he doesn't see me,
Because humans chase him away.

I can see that he's still careful,
Even when I'm not out there;
But the delightful daisies entice him,
To swoop and flit and cheer.

There's a robin in my garden,
I love to see him every day;
And I hope that someday soon,
We'll sing together, have fun and play.
