River of Life
Down a mountain flows a river,
Surrounded by the dry saddened sands of a dusty desert's cold shiver,
Looked upon by the ever clear skies,
Studded and starred by the most beautiful of lights!
Swaying here a slash a bounce a hit upon a stone there it stumbles,
with no intention of a direction it rushes and fumbles.
To downstream like with a blindfolded eye,
So it falls as a waterfall it falls!
Among the grains and sands it fawns and drains,
But with Hope in heart so strong and never a false,
That the salt sultry sea upon the bend,
Will be the so sought salvation in the end!
