Risen

Darkness' hush awaits songbird's melody Stars yet twinkle in the arms of night's tree Dew drops cover the earth; flowers' petals still folded The world is at rest; to slumber all moulded When, Hark! A crack in Heaven's firmament's espied Dawn's herald has risen to brighten the sky ~ To ease us from slumber with Warmth from on High

Yes, there's nothing like it---except at the end of the day, of course... Best wishes, Gershon

Hmmm. A talking poem! I'll have to house it with my talking bird and my talking fish. (A little nutsy today, am I). Thank you so much, Chris. ~ Gershon
