Rise Above It

Rise Above it 

Don't allow the devil to be your advocate in this life 
Allow your greatness to shine from within
Ascend like an angel above the maddening crowd

Make sure people don't steal away your success
fill your life with positive people ,and your heart with joy
 Don't allow the devil to be your advocate in this life 

Haters will see you walk on water and say it's because you can't swim
always be the one with a happy  song to sing  
 Ascend like an angel above the maddening crowd

Your optimism  a magnet that will bring the good people in
don't fear failure get ready to embrace your success
 Don't allow the devil to be your advocate in this life 

Say good bye to people who brings frowns to your face
wake from sleep and open the curtains to the sunlight in your life
 Ascend like an angel above the maddening crowd

Paint a rainbow in other people's lives ,and don't let them rain on your parade
Embrace the people you love and release them that don't love you back
 Don't allow the devil  to be your advocate in this life 
 Ascend like an angel above the maddening crowd
