Ripples On a Calm Silhouette

On the edge of falling water Braiding streams onto river beds Has time filled idle spaces yet? Ripples on a calm silhouette The water runs over my skin And onto deep waters I cling I glide trying, tied to regret Ripples on a calm silhouette Minding my thoughts frowning below Cutting the waters in tired flow Running currents always a threat Ripples on a calm silhouette Being one with the water wet My dark secrets to bury yet In water I drown to forget Ripples on a calm silhouette. 11.8.22 Sponsor: Kim Rodrigues Contest name: KYRIELLE ABOUT WATER
