Right Here

As I look at the stars
I realise that you're not far

From where I am right here right now
I can see you take a bow

High upon your silver stage
Maybe when I am of age

I’ll join you up in the light
Help you battle, help you fight

For though I am two years below
I want you to always know

That if you have to call upon me
Especially in a time of need

I’ll be right here while you’re high above
You’ll always be the man I love

This I wrote in middle school about a freshman my mom wouldn't let me date. I was a seriousally weird teen.
