Riding Up The Downwards Road
Everything happens for a reason
Every road has layers beneath it
Layers built through disruption and destruction
Misfortune disguised as signs to quit
Roads are not meant to be straight
Often with emergency lanes for a reason
The farther a road the better its destination
Roads have signs to give us a beacon
With or without guidance, you’ll eventually arrive
Each wrong turn is one less potential mistake
Maybe your road is concrete or a dirt road
Maybe you’ll need to hit your break
Pit stops are part of life and often hidden treasures
Roads are often most enjoyed in pitch dark
Sometimes the best road is one unplanned
Remember, God does his greatest work in the dark
