Rhyming

Whats the point in doing a rhyme
But dont steal this because its all mine
Im eventually going to run out
For this i have no doubt
I have fun though
Moving so slow
Debating whether to use slide
Or maybe put in how she can glide
They arent cheap
Theyre rather deep
This i know from writing time and time again
From The Long Beach is where i have been
Going round and round
In my head until found
All of it doesnt stop
Its like my head is ready to pop
Sure i could do something different with my time
But i can drop these on the drop of a dime
Whenever you want to test
Remind yourself that im the best
But that isnt true
Because the real rhymer is you
My time spent is truly sublime
So ill leave you now to ponder my rhyme

Hey, cody, do you do rapping with people? I always thought that would be scary to do, coming up with it real fast. I always take so long to think out my poems' rhymes. This reminded me of rap! thanks for commenting on my poem. Andrea
