Reverse Polarity

Reverse Polarity Direct, straight, and true, to the sun the crow doth fly to you. High above the event horizon, on Icarus currents, his outstretched wings fly on, and in the heat of his passion, only to suffer some fowl doom. Alternating her course, the leviathan swam, not nearly as ancient as the great “I Am.” Deep beneath the bluest of blue oceans, she glides to and fro in a sinusoidal motion, and to her calf, she shares her devotion, to preserving the secrets of the land. by Martin Braun July 25, 2023

Very interesting take on the theme, Martin! Good contrast of emotions between verses. Best wishes for the contest. Blessings.

Yeah... I wasn't sure what the goal was. So, I figured, I should run with alternating current in the second stanza... then do extreme opposites by an extreme order of magnitude. Direct current is referenced in the first stanza, then describe the two types of current as masculine and feminine, and so on, and so on, and so on. But I think you got all that.
