I have not seen much written about Christmas eve. I thought I would take a shot at it. Hope you find meaning in it and that you have a very Merry Christmas.
Return With Me to Christmas Eve By Franklin Price 12/24/2017 Return with me to Christmas Eve To a stable not a room When Jesus, not yet born, Was still in Mary's womb The town was little Bethlehem A guiding star was overhead The place, where Jesus, king of kings Would have a manger for a bed Animals, the only warmth, For the manger to receive The Christ child that was soon to come To save if we believe Shepherds, left their flocks in fields, Joined wise men on the way Guided by the star they saw To greet the child on Christmas day Angels sang from overhead Brought peace upon the earth Love rained down from God above In preparation for His birth The scene now set for Christmas day When the world would change for all When Mary placed our savior In that manger in the stall
