Return To Utopia

My thoughts sail into freedom within thinking of your passsionate touch that I could never thrive without. Our soft embrace is truly a moment that I live for, And yet such longing brings death to my hopes that mount. I can assure that one special day we will unite to open our hearts for the flow of love to mend. I'm asking of you to let destiny maintain its right by shattering time with thoughts of optimism to spend. I need peace in knowing that the destruction of our souls (from fleeting moments of induced euphoria) will not abate the ruthless calling from our pains' tolls; but rather our love will send us to utopia: That once forgotten place in the corridors of our minds where(hand-in-hand)we often enjoyed the echoes of our playful steps walking through doorways of time. Circle the 1st letter of the 1st line, circle the 2nd letter of the 2nd line,3rd letter of the 3rd line,4th letter of the 4th line and so on until it spells out the name of a person.

It must have been quite a challenge to write. The last line in the 2 first stanzas are a bit of a puzzle for me or is this perhaps about forbidden love? Or a love that should not be for some reason? And the name is: Mary Anne Citrone? Did I get it right? Thanks for sharing. You are intriguing writer. Best wishes, Caroline.
