Return to the Moment.

Time to enjoy the moment, this moment
any moment.

Within the Moment there are the blessing
in life.

There hurts there also but freedom
will ensue.

It is more than what is put into it that makes it
what it is. 

The moment is innocent and pure as Godly
as can be.

Feel the moment around you in its
relaxing bliss.

In free in flow of thought the moment
flees quickly.
