Honey, I'm home
What is that smell?
Are you cooking my dinner?
Work was pure hell.

Traffic was jammed
Radio was full blast
Just thinking of you
Made me drive really fast.

With my hard hat on
Hammering away
My thoughts just wandered
To how was your day?

Did you think of me
While running around
So many errands
All over town.

The more hours I work
The more that I miss you
Day turns to night
Exhausted from what I've been through.

Those three little words
Honey, I'm home
Bring me the solitude
I need when I roam.

I deeply relate to this in more ways than one. Hell, more than ways than two. =D "Honey, I'm home"...for sure. Great job with this!
