Retract This Day
If we account
compulsion renders us
tame
A haze engulfs unwitting
thoughts
Of seers our mazy lives
tire
If we speak
our crude torment ensues
Corrected speech and
chains resume
Of grief a woven tale
will craft
If not
we must this day retract...
