Restored Identity Lyrics Contest
The colors of my mind bleed into each other
Sometimes I’m a selfish fake
Who seeks comfort from another
But all my complaints quickly shrink to nothing
for I'm ashamed of all my something’s
Infected with where I live,
Searching for what only you can give,
let me live without this empty bliss and Selfishness
Ignorance is bliss, cherish it
pretty neighborhoods with smiles and
Lies about the times
while secretly wishing to go back
to save the child
With Desires running deeper than human bones
Penetrating hearts of imbedded stone
When suddenly, I hear the unspeakable
“You’re my masterpiece which makes you beautiful”
Now, In a world I found so hard I find so beautiful
There's a hope in him deep inside for me,
Sweet loving words restored my true identity.
