Rest Your Head
There's another day of stress
One more day to try to impress
When you're feeling so depressed
Come rest your head
I dont know why you are stallin'
When any second the tears may start fallin'
Baby walk tall dont start crawlin'
Come rest your head
You feel like you're making a mistake
And all the truths have become fake
When your wounded heart was at stake
Come rest your head
Today, today, come take my hand
And lets go to place, a distant land
Where the blind people see
There's no other place I'd rather be
And its only you and me
Im dropping to my knee
Just like they say, there's plenty of other fish
You can have whatever you want just make a wish
Everyone agrees that your heart no longer should bleed
Believe in me my love you are freed
Stretch your wings and fly
My beautiful butterfly
Let the air race over your skin
Now is the time for love to begin
Or we can take a sail across the sea
Laughing and smiling to a cup of tea
You dont need to pack for where we're going
Leave right now without anyone knowing
But before we go my darling, come rest your head
