Rest and Relax At the Seashore
R-est and relax at the seashore,
O-verwork causes harm than good;
M-ay fifth finds a perfect place,
M-aking you feel the merry mood.
E-very deep breath you take makes tension become less;
L-et loose to drive away anxiety, worry and stress.
P-leasing sound of waves
A-llows the mind to feel at ease;
N-egative thoughts you leave,
G-loomy glare you release.
A-lleviate the physical force,
N-o more pressure found;
I-nspired spirit shall soothe you,
B-e brave standing your ground.
A-s you view the open ocean, you can never ask for more;
N-ice and beyond compare, to rest and relax at the seashore.
