Respect V Pride
what the hell's respect
when people make you chase it
run you around through hoops
then tell you where your place is
sacrifice my pride
so they see my uses
use and high five
this respect's useless
because it's not respect
it's a use used for benefit
working hard so they detect
bending you splits and flips
sacrifice my pride
to impress another mind
keep your "respect"
I've got more inside
respect isn't trust you work hard to make
respect is when you see capable true traits
pride is within, my view
respect is external, from you
you say you'll respect when it's found
seeking my use for powers
so I say good day with clear sound
taking my pride which towers
