Residing Anger

Fury of the mind
happiness left behind
anger consuming.

Violence in mind,
smiles I can not find
hate resuming.

Thoughts racing
hopes erasing
hands still.

Sharp blade tracing
wrists, hesitating
living with no thrill.

Broken and tattered,
my heart is shattered
I cry and heave.

You always mattered
feelings scattered
please, don't leave.

Rocking back and forth,
my worth
you didn't see,
this is the end of me.
