Remind Me

I want to be reminded of the days I wore A smile
Not the days where I committed a crime
Remind me of the days I jumped so high
I thought I could touch the sky
Not the days I got high
Feeling like I was going to die
Remind me of the days I did my best
Not the days you talk of me less
The days I cried for something meaningful
Not the days i was sinful
Buried my memories deep inside
Just so i dont have to cry
Remind me of the days i laughed
Not the days i frowned because of failure in class
The days i got harassed
Weaker in the past
Stronger in the present
Got to move fast
All the things i have done
I AM NOT PERFECT
Never was, perfect in my own way
So remind me of that one.

Don't be depressed. Nobody is perfect in this. Sometimes flaws are necessary in life, margarette,
