Remembering the Heroes

So many lives lost
On that tragic day
But their memories
Will never fade away
Horrific visions
Forever etched deep within our minds
All the sorrow
For those they could not find
An attack on us all
As we watched in disbelief
So many years later
As we still search for some relief
An entire nation
Joined together as one
Against the horror
That to all of us has been done
With faith and hope
We can move beyond the woes
As we share a moment of silence
Remembering the heroes

The End
