Remembered

Moonscaped, whispereing butterfly parades
Calming tethered hearts with glittering cascades
The widespread wonder of joyous content
Reaching out like angel wings of glory heaven sent
What a tangled web we weave with eyes that can't see
Perfect, harmonious exuberance surrounding you and me
Have we really been so bound and made ourselves so blind
That we should tear the world apart with a senseless mind
Is this the way our lives play out or are we set to change
Make a choice and take a stand, the end is now in range
Are we to be remembered as the mindless bunch we've been
Picked apart piece by piece until nothing's left within
Or shall we be remembered as the glowing human race
Who together as a team saved this wondrous place
