Remember Who You Are

I am who Jesus says I am I'm the apple of his eye He watches ore me constantly for his throne on high He is my rock and shelter one thing I know for sure When I'm in a raging storm in his arms I am secure I am an overcomer by the blood of the lamb The one who gives me victory is the great I AM He is my shield and buckler and the lifter of my head He provides my every need and makes sure I am fed I am his child forever for me he gave his all He's always listening to me when on his name I call When the devil comes at me like a raging flood The Lord always keeps me safe by the power of his blood Jesus has many ways to prove his word is true If you start to drift away he will go look for you All of us are human and we are prone to stray But God in his great mercy reminds us he's the way The Lord is always there for you when you want to talk And he'll pick you up and carry you if you're too tired to walk So when the devil taunts you next time you're in a jam Remember who you are in Christ, thus says the great I AM
