Remember the Moments

Sweet, tender moments, set there in time
Never leave this man, nor leave my mind
For destiny serves, now offers declined
My memories need to remain

Those days of then, had gone, they’ve passed
Too bad that they just could not last
They came and went just much too fast
My memories now keep me sane

I pray, thee, too, think now and then
Those times now gone, how they were spent
For the days were fun, let’s not lament
The separating of us, now

For memories sake, you must realize
Though time has passed before our eyes
It leaves us now to fantasize
To relive is then allowed
