Remember Death

You would think sinning is nothing Until the angel of death pushes the button, Because there's no chance for any amendment Once you become a candidate for interment; Let's remember that one day the time shall come Whether you beautiful or handsome, To answer the call of the Almighty, Whether awake or you're already in your nightie; A day when we would forget ever living here, A day of joy for some, and for some of fear. Remember Death every minute while you breathe For one day the breathe will cease; God, give us the strength to be just and straight, For the sins of life is crushing many with it's weight. Let us meet you as pure as we can be, And in the life after, find ourselves in a place of peace.
