Remember

Don't look for me in the shadows for I am not there
Look into your heart for my spirit dwells there
I am not a myth nor fantasy
I am what your heart sees as me
Your compassion and love where always there
You gave when no one else cared
Oh how I wished I could have told you so much and more
But my journey was closing and too soon life closed it's door
And now I watch you still close by
I read your thoughts and see the tears in your eyes
Remember my sweet one we will always share a bond
I can still feel and hear you even though I have gone
Close your eyes and my voice will guide you
Where the red rocks touch the sky so blue
