Remember

Feel the rhyme of things As it sways to and fro, In a world gone deaf and numb In a place that is not our own. Moments in time stop and go And hold still for not, save one. Is it you or me or we That will see the job is done. And when it finally stops Changing from how it once grew, Will there be memories, Will we know what we knew? For nothing is ever the same twice As the waters slumbers here still, And knowledge is never a waste As wisdom rest upon the hill.
