Relief

So close to where I want The vision seems to haunt
Being so near leaves it's scar
So close , yet so far
I stuck to my belief
Now I need some relief
I look to the sea
I need to be free
I'm on the edge of the dream
It's harder than it may seem
To feel so much
I almost lose touch
Which emotions are mine
I need to shine
Take back what is mine
Sometimes around
People cry without a sound
Get out of my mind
Silence I need to find
Leave this all behind
Yet , I'm stuck
Have I ran out of luck
Everybody's pain
Can drive one insane
I haven't ran far enough
I need to remain tough
Even though it's rough
I shouldn't care
But it's most unfair
Maybe in the middle of the sea
Maybe then I'll finally be free

Lived on a sailboat 3 years. Pirate, poet Now just travel gathering camping supplies and handing them out to the homeless. Had a heart attack so taking a year off. Then back on the road. Helping my fellow humans. If we don't, who will My goal make everyone's life I past better Which means I'm usually homeless myself. Then I hide from the world and write Eight books. Just to burn them Lol I'm crazy , but accept it Love is the answer. I really believe this. Part of my crazy maybe don't care
