Release

Is it any wonder no one hears his cry
His laughter too loud yet within asking why
Forever alone must I be as it seems
And barely surviving for I've not the means
For knowing the ways of life and fellow man
A horizon-less drifter no solution at hand
For the loneliness felt by a soul that's been filled
With the anguish of a lifetime and all the blood spilled
Of the chances now lost for a regular life
Instead of a Hell chained to sorrow and strife
And so fiercely hoping steeled resolve does not slip
Sets release to sunder flesh like a sea sunken ship
