Calm your mind
You worry too much
Need to unwind
Do yourself a favor and let it go
You don’t have to tell anybody
Nobody has to know
It’s just a memory now
It’s in the past
It was just a moment
Bad times don’t last
I know you’re hurt
Do yourself a favor
Don’t hold a grudge
Cause you struggled enough
Lay down, be still
Sometimes you just need to cry
So you can release that pain and move on with your life
Maybe you can go for a walk when you’re done
Go out with a friend tonight, Have fun
You aint been out in a while
Just go and be your beautiful self
Laugh and smile.
