Relationship Lost

Bewildered heart; it questions virtue
Confused in mind; no solace found
Awakened thoughts; hurt, misleading
Legs give in, I fall to ground
Where I pray it's but a nightmare
Yet, the weight of truth exceeds in pounds

I must let go or shall I hold on
Will she, in turn, hold on as well
I know not true, of which is better
For only now, our time will tell
Yet, painful still, alone without her
I feel my life is now my hell
