Rejoice
Words
that I scroll
down upon parchment
reflecting on my inner
soul
Feel
the strength of
my written verse now
for all to see and read out
loud
Fill
my heart with
laughter, day to day
Share with me a glass of red
wine
Laugh
together
with me on tiny,
odd, trivial things we shall
find
Joy
in friendship
between you and I
Rejoice in the life that we
share
