I have to admit I had to research what Diamante was. I have never heard of it or tried it. Once I read it, I understood and admired your balance. Begin dark, ending light. It is remarkable 16 words can express whole thought with a meaning - rejection is not the end of the story, the acceptance ending is dynamite. Nicely done.

Thanks for your encouragement. I only learned about diamante poetry when I joined PoetrySoup this year. It's my favorite type of poetry.
