Regretting My Cake, Regretting My Mistake

Oh how I've made a huge mistake! How can one simply regret cake? I let watched it spread wings and go I let my cake go, it cannot be so. So delicious and oh so yummy I need that cake in my tummy! I have to chase it down! Maybe I'll catch it on the other end of town. Cake cake cake I remember when you were first baked I smelled you in the oven And oh how I was lovin'! Cake cake cake Oh what a mistake I let my cake get away I must make this next cake stay!

Thank you so much! This poem isn't one of my best but it's just a little something to get me started. Thanks so much for the kind words! I enjoy poetry and love writing.
