Regretting Cake

To
                              me
                              the
                              only
thing that comes down and constant is rain,
As for my weight, this I try but cannot tame,
And seems to go up and up or remain the same,
That cake, mmm, staring up at me, with a flame,
Nobody knows my greed for cake, so I cannot blame,
I say to myself, self, I will lose weight, that is my aim
Like drinking a person beautiful, I know it is a shame,
For now it is the cake that will win for sure, I do claim,
I will be regretting cake but weight is a numbers game.
