Regrets
I still remember vividly, that Wednesday summer heat, you and me.
Evenings intertwined by destiny's sweet design, but now it's all washed clean .
Rain's washed over, every feeling that remained, you're just a faded memory .
But I do recall how you sounded almost true,I can still feel how I almost believed in you.
Thought I was the mastermind, but you pulled my strings ,
Broke my dignity, just for a reply, oh the pain it brings .
In the cold, bleak night, you left me out there to weep ,
Put me up, just to break me down, promises ocean deep, never to keep.
May you never find solace in your heart ,
May you never find the one you're looking for ,
May you look stupid in the mirror of fate,
May life make the best joke out of you, any chance it gets.
Every memory, every word, is a curse upon your name .
May the pain you gave return to you, in a never-ending game.
May the darkness you left me in, be your only friend .
May the love you seek, be a road that never ends.
I won't forget, how cold was your heart when you left me there to weep.
Now I stand tall, but the curse remains, may it haunt your sleep .
May life play its cruelest tricks on you, with every breath you take .
For the hurt you caused, may karma be your fate.
