Regenerate
We are in desperate need of help,
so many have lost their way.
Their grasp on reality,
is quickly going away.
There are those in our midst,
that just keep fanning the flames.
There are far too many people,
thinking someone else is to blame.
Paranoia and delusion,
occupy most of our thoughts.
We need to focus on the facts,
not the conspiracy plots.
Perception is reality,
we fear what we create.
It’s time to hit pause,
step back and regenerate.
