Refreshing Advice

Curl up with a book's deep reflections Turn off that electronic device Stay away from artificial refreshments And follow refreshing advice Take a dip in a clearwater lake a nap in the middle of the day Go for a walk when you feel stale Learn to meditate, let your mind sail What have you got to lose? You don't want to turn to booze If you light up a marijuana joint You'll surely have missed the point You arrived here all new and all fresh ~ Now live life relaxed and refreshed
